Corey Payne

Micheal Henderson

Some excellent defence on the line.

A Panthers player is held up over the line, for the umpteenth time.

Andrew Price - knocked out in the first half and took no further part.

Luke Bailey on ice.
Sidelined for up to six weeks.

Dean Young playing five-eighth in Barrett's absence.

Daryl Millard on debut, filling in for the injured Cooper.
He does well in making the step up to first grade.

George Ndaira on debut, also did well in making the step up to first grade.

George Ndaira's first touch.

...and first run from dummy half.

Reece Simmonds scores in the corner.

Reece Simmonds

Aaron Gorrell is forced to move chairs back by himself in order to create room for the conversion attempt.
In a professional game, we can only ask why the chairs were there in the first place.

Gorrell contemplates the missed goal and a missed opportunity to get within six points. Saints are behind by 12-6 with about five minutes to go.

Ben Hornby takes a breather. All the players were battling in the hot conditions.

Hornby finds some room late in the match.

Ashton Sims

Sims burst through off a Ndaira pass to score under the posts. The conversion locks the game up at 12-all and we go into extra time.

Four minutes later, Penrith five-eighth Preston Campbell pots a field goal for the golden point, and Saints go down by the narrowest of margins.
