Born: 23 Aug 1986.
Height: 182cm
Junior Club: Kiama Knights.
Rep honours: Junior Kangaroos 2006
First grade debut: Dragons (v Sharks) 7 May 2006, Toyota
Park (Rd 9).
Graded in 2005, Brett Morris and his twin brother Josh
were part of the Jersey Flegg premiership winning side
of the same year.
In 2006, Brett Morris catapulted himself into stardom
when, in round 15 against the Broncos, he leapt high to
pull down a cross-field kick from half back Mat Head to
score what was ultimately the match winning try. In the
same action, and despite having plenty of Broncos defence
in his way, Morris spun around to score in the corner,
locking up the scores with just 90 seconds remaining.
The conversion from Aaron Gorrell was successful to give
Saints a phenomenal victory. It was a memorable moment
for the rookie winger scoring what was his first try in
first grade.
In 2007, Brett Morris played just two games after suffering
a season-ending shoulder injury.
In 2008, Brett Morris played 16 games at wing and fullback,
scoring eight tries.
Brett Morris is contracted with Saints until the of 2009.

Born: 23 Aug 1986.

Junior Club: Kiama Knights.
Rep honours: U/19s NSW Country; NSW Country Origin 2007.
First grade debut: Dragons (v Titans) 18 March 2007,
Suncorp Stadium / Lang Park (Rd 1).
Folllowing his debut, Josh Morris proved to be an elusive
fullback and winger for much the season. Possessing
a neat step and electrifying turn of pace, Josh Morris
showed a clean pair of heels to many a more fancied
opponent in 2007.
Early in 2008, and following some mixed form, Josh's
position in the side was not guarateed. His opportunities
appeared to be further limited with Mark Gasnier and
Matt Cooper as first choice centres and a number of
outside backs being available to the club.
In April 2008, Josh Morris signed a three year deal
with the Bulldogs, starting in 2009. The move split
up the twin pairing of Josh and Brett, and the club
attracted some criticism from their father and Saints
legend Steve Morris.
With his future settled, Morris lifted to become one
of the form backs in the NRL in 2008.
Josh completed 2008 impressively, playing in 23 games,
usually in the centres, and capping off the year as
the club's top try scorer with 14 tries.
In a final twist, Gasnier signed with French rugby union
in July, creating an opening for 2009, but by then Josh
Morris was already committed to the Bulldogs.
